Ellen Macarthur Foundation. Rethink the future

I am the Programme Manager – Higher Education at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and responsible for development of circular economy-focussed business/education partnership programmes at HE level.

I was the Education for Sustainable Development Coordinator with the Government Office and the Regional Development Agency in Yorkshire (2003-2010) developing regionally distinctive teacher training programmes with businesses and other stakeholders. From 1990-2002 I was Head of Secondary Education at WWF-UK working on multidisciplinary education projects related to sustainability, including WWF’s Business and Environment Scholarship Scheme with British Airways, BAA plc and ICI/Tioxide.

I am an ecologist with a particular interest in agro-ecological systems. I live in Yorkshire with my family and I am a keen hill walker and gardener (growing vegetables on my allotment!).
