Research Analyst, New Plastics Economy
Role at the Foundation
Nolwenn joined the Ellen MacArthur Foundation in 2017 as a Research Analyst for the New Plastics Economy initiative, mainly focusing on engaging policymakers. This three-year initiative aims to apply the principles of the circular economy to rethink and redesign the global plastics system. It brings together key stakeholders such as leading companies, cities, philanthropists, policymakers, academics, NGOs and citizens to catalyse change.
Before joining the Foundation, Nolwenn worked as a Project Manager for the French Environmental Agency for almost three years, in France and then in New Caledonia, focusing on circular economy and waste management. She also worked in an environmental consultancy in Paris, and in the public sector in Chile. She holds a Masters degree in Environmental Project Management, Public Policy and Economics from the French Institute of Political Studies of Grenoble, in partnership with the National Polytechnic Institute.
