Systemic Initiatives Lead
Role at the Foundation
In his current role, Rob leads the Foundation's Systemic Initiatives. Taking a global, cross-sectoral approach to material flows, Systemic Initiatives bring together organisations from across value chains to tackle systemic stalemates that cannot be overcome in isolation. Within this role, Rob leads the New Plastics Economy, an ambitious three-year initiative to build momentum towards a plastics system that works, and oversees the Foundation's other systemic initiatives.
Before arriving at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Rob worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he was an Engagement Manager and focused on finance and resource productivity. A computer scientist by training, Rob also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
