Global brands have already integrated ECOR into their supply chain as an advanced alternative to wood, particle board, foam and cardboard for many $10+ billion dollar market applications including green building materials, interior design, cabinetry, furniture, fixtures, home goods, packaging, printed graphics and signs.
Enterprise-grade ECOR sustainable systems are structured as joint ventures or licensed facilities based on the needs of strategic partners, to convert their corporate and/or manufacturing waste streams into the ECOR-based materials and products they procure for internal use or resale as a product.
The circular economy is retooling how we produce and consume products, yet major brands are still losing out on billions in recycling revenues. ECOR provides a turn-key solution to immediately access these revenues, by converting their waste into high-value ECOR and then displacing the traditional materials they consume with ECOR.
ECOR can deliver innovation and disruption for manufacturers that want to produce cradle-to-cradle products. It also improves enterprise supply chains by displacing traditional virgin and converting their fibre waste stream to create the ECOR required for their needs.
NOBLE is working with global building product manufacturers to develop ECOR-based ceiling tiles, window blinds, decorative wall panels, acoustic panels and furniture and fixtures for hotels and restaurants that can be cradle-to-cradle.
NOBLE is working with strategic partners to build 3 ECOR facilities, wherein they will provide some of the waste that will be converted into the ECOR they will then use.
With an increasing number of governments and global brands committed to achieving zero waste and to embedding circular economic principles into their manufacturing, infrastructure, operations, and culture - NOBLE aspires for ECOR to provide both the waste-to-value conversion solution for their fibre waste (agricultural, paper, cardboard, synthetic and textile fiber, etc.), and the advanced green building materials and products their operations require.
NOBLE expects the building products in development will result in ECOR facilities dedicated to producing cradle-to-cradle building products, with feedstock sourced from the manufacturer's own operations.
Many progressive retail brands were early adopters of ECOR as a building material and used it for wall panels, furniture, fixtures and signs in new stores. NOBLE is currently in discussion with several of these brands that share a desire to convert the waste generated at their retail locations into the ECOR they use for new store construction, retail graphics and displays.
