Teleplan innovates to consistently keep up with the advances in interactive connectivity and communication and the Telemade approach tailors to each individual customer’s needs.
Headquartered in Amsterdam/Schiphol, the Netherlands, Teleplan’s service centres have a global reach of over 95 countries and employ over 5000 people.
Teleplan has set-up a specific Circular Economy Taskforce to drive the initiatives identified in its circular economy strategy.
The primary initiatives underway are a detailed assessment of its global waste management, the development of new circularity measurements relevant to its activity, and the development of internal and external communication and training.
In parallel to this, Teleplan is running an extensive set of interviews with various stakeholders that will help further define priorities and direction. Teleplan is currently reviewing on-going CE100 projects where it believes it can add – and gain - value.
Teleplan aspires to transform its current business activities with the end goal of 100% of material inputs re-entering the supply chain.
Teleplan will work with current and new business partners to educate them on the benefits of the circular economy and to establish working practices where circular economy becomes a relevant part of the design of both physical devices and the processes they are subject to in the aftermarket.
In the future, Teleplan will focus on stronger measurements of key activities in order to provide clearer target setting and a more objective analysis of results. Investing in its IT systems to further collect and utilise big data will be key to this.
Teleplan aspires to be a leader, advocate, educator and innovator within the Circular Economy.
