Would you like to work on some of the toughest problems of today and solve plastic waste and pollution?
We have an opportunity for a research analyst to join our New Plastics Economy team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the circular economy, has exceptional analytical and communication skills and is ready to take on the challenge of creating a circular economy in which plastics never become waste but stay in our economy and out of our environment.
You will be at the heart of a highly motivated team pushing the thinking, generating new insights and catalysing action toward transparency and solutions that deliver a circular economy for plastic. We do this by inspiring and challenging our stakeholders through writing thought leadership content, developing tools and assets and creating unprecedented transparency on how plastic packaging is produced, used, reused and recycled.
You will be directly engaging with a network of corporates to learn about their actions on plastics and the solutions they bring to the market.
Your main contributions will be:
Researching and analysing solutions. Working with the team and our network to conduct research, carry out analysis and generate insights to ensure that we build our publications on a robust evidence base.
Creating inspiring content. Translate knowledge and data into exciting and engaging content (e.g. articles, reports, graphs, case studies, presentations) and other outputs (events, webinars, toolkits, etc.)
Managing, analysing and presenting data from large companies as well as industry data about the global plastic packaging markets.
Give presentations to other teams in the Foundation as well as external events to disseminate results and insights.
