We have an exciting opportunity for a talented data engineer to work with our Digital team on the design and creation of a data platform to support the Foundation’s mission to accelerate the transition to a circular economy. The platform will be at the core of how the Foundation delivers on its mission and will therefore play a critical role in the transition.

The data platform will allow the Foundation to collect, store and analyse our data, with the purpose of generating fact-based insights within each of our programme areas, such as helping transform the way plastic packaging is used world-wide, and measuring the circularity of companies and products together with the most influential actors in each industry.

You will work alongside our Insights and Analytics team, liaising with various project teams to understand the data analytics needs of the Foundation and work to create a data platform to address these needs. This platform will collect, store and sort data; it will also provide centralised analytics and data visualisation functionality.

Leveraging data is becoming essential. You will help create a system which will allow us to better use data-driven insights to support our initiatives, measure our impact and accelerate our mission. This role is an opportunity to lead a project that will have a profound impact on how the Foundation works, in a supportive and inspiring environment.
