We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for creating and delivering campaigns across all owned digital channels as well as devising strategies that will support the Foundation’s objectives to reach and engage with key audiences. Your work will be measured by the reach and impact it has on engaging our many audiences and encouraging the adoption of the circular economy as a solutions framework for some of the world’s most significant challenges.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to our Communications lead you will:

• Deliver content that is effective and high quality across our social media channels.

• Draw audiences to key target activities (website, articles, research papers, etc).

• Employ creativity and innovation in delivering excellence in the digital landscape.

• Create and manage partnerships between the Foundation and leading digital platforms (search engines, social media).

• Enhance brand awareness in the digital space. • Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-news, video, website and digital advertising.

• Prepare campaign and/or monthly reporting to ensure deep understanding of success and feedback for improvement.

• Prepare digital content calendars.

• Drive traffic to the website or other target actions depending on the campaign using SEO, PPC and paid search.

• Use web data to understand audiences and uncover important insights that can guide digital marketing tactics.

• Manage digital marketing ad budget.

• Provide creative input to the broader communications and marketing team.

• Manage the digital marketing team (currently 2 people).

Your profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in a business environment or NGO with a recent focus on digital marketing and relationship management.
  • A degree in digital marketing management or related field would be ideal.
  • Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment with strong organisational skills.
  • An interest in the principles of the circular economy would be a plus.
  • Experience of budget management and people management.
