We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in business-related administration to join our China-based team to further the transition to a circular economy in China. You will liaise with our internal and external stakeholders as well as supporting our workshops and events.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will take part in delivering the China team objectives through the following activities:

  • Managing and maintaining an accurate record of key contacts and their latest interactions with the team using our Customer Management System.
  • Liaising with the team to handle a variety of enquiries that come to group mailboxes.
  • Liaising between the team, other teams in the Foundation and external stakeholders to manage administration for contracts and invoicing.
  • Supporting workshop preparation and liaising with our Events team.
  • Arranging team events and meetings.
  • Being responsible for the administration of our Beijing office

Your profile:

  • Proven organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in circular economy.
  • Strong attention to detail with good time management and communication skills.
  • Confident in writing emails to stakeholders from our member businesses.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in an administrative capacity in an NGO, business or government institution.
