Big Food Workshop News2

Are you interested in learning about restorative and regenerative food systems, and how they can help tackle the climate crisis and biodiversity loss, create healthy cities, and open up new business opportunities?

We are holding our first Big Food Workshop from the 15th to 17th June, a virtual event that will be open to all.

Hosted by experts from the Foundation’s food initiative, the workshop will feature guest speakers from organisations around the world, including policymakers, food producers, chefs, academics, and industry leaders.

The event is aimed at anyone with an interest in the food industry, food systems, and the circular economy. It will be a chance to share knowledge, learn, and work together to transform food systems globally.

Attendees will learn more about a circular economy for food — how it works, the benefits it brings to the economy, people, and the environment, and how it can help cities and businesses build back better following the Covid-19 crisis. Experienced speakers will bring the circular economy for food to life, offering real-world examples of transformative food systems in action.

The Big Food Workshop will have sessions for all time zones and interactive breakout groups where you will be able to learn about the work the Foundation is doing and help shape it. Attendees are welcome to register now, for as many sessions as they would like.
