Network Manager, New Plastics Economy
As the New Plastics Economy Network Manager, Gilonne manages stakeholder relationships across the New Plastics Economy initiative network. In her previous role at the foundation, Gilonne, then a Senior Research Analyst, supported the business engagement of the New Plastics Economy Global Commitment programme; which establishes a vision and drives action to stop plastic waste and pollution at the source by applying circular economy principles.
Prior to joining the Ellen MacArthur Foundation in early 2018, Gilonne spent 14 years working in the Energy industry. Initially employed by an Energy and Management consultancy in London, she moved on to the Energy & Utilities business unit of a business information provider also based in London. Gilonne graduated with an MSC in Advanced Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2003. She speaks fluent English and French, and is now settled with her family on the Isle of Wight.
