Role at the Foundation
Helena is a Policy Research Officer for the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s Institutions, Governments, and Cities team. She provides analytical and research guidance for the Foundation’s public sector partners.
Background
Prior to joining the Foundation, Helena focused on environmental policy at the European Policy Centre, a Brussels-based think-tank. She has also worked for the European Commission, Politico Europe, and at the former Polish Ministry of Infrastructure and Development.
Helena holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a BA in Political Science and Geography from Trinity College Dublin, and went to the Charles University in Prague on Erasmus.
Always up for a good chat, Helena likes going on walks and cycling, cooking, travelling, and taking shots of landscapes with her old-school film cameras.
