Business Operations Manager
Hilary manages the operations of the CE100 programme. She is the person to approach with membership, CE100 contract, and events queries. Hilary takes care of the operational aspects of the Acceleration Workshops and the Annual Summit events.
Before joining the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Hilary spent much of her working life advising small and medium sized businesses on business strategy, operations, and marketing on behalf of the Government. After diagnosing issues and identifying potential opportunities, she would work with the businesses’ senior management team to implement new business and marketing plans. Prior to this, her background was in marketing, working with Harper Collins Publishers, and she is also qualified to teach adults Maths and English.
