Role at the Foundation

Miranda leads on engagement with national policymakers as part of the Foundation’s Institutions, Governments, and Cities team. This includes exploring the conditions they can set to enable, accelerate, and lead the transition to a circular economy. She recently led the development of the Universal circular economy policy goals, a framework of five goals to support a common direction of travel in circular economy policy development. She previously led the development of the Circular economy in cities resources suite and before that worked on developing insights and collaborations with the Foundation’s Network.


Prior to joining the Foundation, Miranda has worked as a policy advisor in the UK Government, after completing a traineeship at the European Commission. She has also worked for a range of social enterprises, charities, and a design business. She has a Masters in European Politics and Governance from the LSE and an MA Hons in History from the University of Cambridge.
