Learning Innovation Manager

Role at the Foundation

Monika works on learning innovation and professional development for the circular economy.

She works closely with the Foundation’s Strategic Partners and a wider network comprising businesses, partner universities and government & cities to identify innovative learning pathways and people engagement strategies.


Monika’s background and passion lies in experiential & participatory learning approaches and developing systemic leadership competencies to address complex challenges.

Before joining the Foundation, she worked for DHL, Future Considerations and LEAD International working on leadership development, organisational strategy, sustainability and culture change. Subsequently she ran her own company offering learning design, consultancy and facilitation services. She has worked on multiple highly experiential leadership and learning programmes internationally.

Monika holds a Master’s degree in the field of Diversity Management & Organisational Change Processes from the University of Bonn. She is an alumna of AIESEC International, a certified NLP practitioner with ITS and is trained as a coach with the Coaching Training Institute.
