Marketing & Communications Lead
Nicola oversees the marketing and communications functions, and creates and steers the strategic direction of the department to support the overall objectives of the Foundation. The team consists of marketing, communications, media and messaging, creative design, and digital marketing functions. Nicola is responsible for ensuring that the team is delivering the Foundation’s unique brand, messaging, and products to the right audiences, globally. She works across departments within the Foundation to ensure strategic unity and consistency, most notably the Digital, Learning, Editorial, Philanthropic, Business, and Systemic Initiative teams as well as others where necessary.
Nicola has worked as a brand, marketing, and communications professional for over 20 years in Asia and the UK. Nicola's background has been in the corporate sector across a number of B2B and B2C industries including insurance, sporting and leisure, and property investment. Nicola has worked both client-side and as a consultant, leading re-brand and brand positioning projects, and marketing communications strategies to deliver results defined against over-arching organisational objectives.
