Role at the Foundation
Sarah coordinates the Ellen MacArthur Foundation's work with cities as part of the Foundation's Institutions, Governments & Cities Team. To accelerate the transition to a circular economy in cities, we develop content targeted at the city government audience, we promote and disseminate the idea of a circular economy to city governments and we mobilize and convene key urban decision makers towards action and demonstration projects.
Background
Before joining the Foundation, Sarah worked for a green economy NPO in Cape Town, South Africa working in the organisation’s industrial symbiosis and circular economy programmes. She is also a volunteer with the African Circular Economy Network (ACEN).
