Role at the Foundation
Yanika joined the Foundation in 2020 as a User-Centric Data Analyst, helping the Foundation to become more data-driven. She is transforming the Foundation’s approach so that data-driven decision making is embedded in all campaigns and digital content.
Background
Before joining, Yanika was a Manager within Risk Analytics at Deloitte, helping clients within retail, consumer products and life sciences to adopt a data mindset. Yanika has a background in mathematics and statistics. She has a PhD in Synthetic Biology, merging the worlds of genetic engineering and mathematical modelling.
Yanika loves to read, enjoys listening to podcasts and cooking (though she enjoys eating even more).
