Inside the Circular Economy: Africa

The programme will take place from 4th October to 19th November 2021.

Inside the Circular Economy: Africa is an interactive online seven-week learning programme focused on the circular economy in Africa. We aim to inspire circular economy enthusiasts across the African continent to accelerate the transition to a circular economy.

It is a fantastic opportunity for those that want to bring greater purpose to their work or research and want to become circular economy advocates and catalysts on the African continent.

Participants will explore the concepts, principles and practical applications of the circular economy through:

  • Webinars led by the Foundation’s experts and guest speakers from Africa and beyond
  • Weekly reflection sessions
  • Peer-to-peer learning
  • Networking sessions
  • Access to resources
  • The opportunity to join a community of African circular economy enthusiasts

Every week, we will discuss a different topic, ranging from food systems, policy and design, to finance, plastics, and fashion.

Registration details will be shared nearer the start of the programme. For now, register your interest.

From Linear to Circular: Africa

Inside the Circular Economy: Africa is a fantastic learning opportunity on its own. However, if you want to continue learning about the circular economy after completing the programme, you can apply to join an exclusive four-day face-to-face workshop in Africa (location to be confirmed).
