Reporting into our Network Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of a set of relationships within the Foundation’s Network and governance over key processes and ‘good practices’ throughout, to build healthy relationships, create stronger internal alignment, and activate key relationships. Sitting in the Network Team, you will work closely with colleagues to build audience intelligence, deliver an excellent brand experience, and activate the Network to meet our outcome and impact objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all aspects of user experience and relationship management lifecycles (excluding business development) as ‘relationship owner’ for a segment of the Member and Community portfolio.
Become the trusted key contact for individual points of contact and act as an internal reference point on status of relationship.
MaintainMaintainKeep a product in its existing state of quality, functionally and/or cosmetically, to guard against failure or decline. It is a practice that retains the highest value of a product by extending its use period. a good awareness of internal programmes, EMF team, and Network to connect organisations to opportunities within the EMF ecosystem.
As relationship owner responsible for providing governance over all our activity, maintaining relationship health, developing opportunities, and monitoring market activity.
Responsible for implementing user journey and other critical processes to ensure a high-quality user experience and a consistent brand experience, and suggesting continuous process improvement.
On an ad-hoc basis, define and deliver projects to catalyse action within the Network: development of circular economy strategies, forming of working groups or collaborative projects, design and deliver learning and communications opportunities etc.
Support the development & maintenance of a Network engagement dashboard to track and report on organisation engagement.
Your profile:
A relevant qualification in a related field is highly desirable.
4+ years of relationship management experience.
Proven ability of effectively engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of organisational and inter-organisational relationships.
Proven digital fluency with CRM and project management systems.
Willing and open to occasional international travel for events, internal workshops, or external meetings.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary package: Up to £37,800 per annum, plus generous holiday allowance (25 days plus UK bank holidays and discretionary extra days leave) generous parental leave; enhanced pension options/private health scheme after 6 months; wellbeing programme.
Location: Preferably based in our Cowes, Isle of Wight office, but we would consider a UK-based remote working option dependent on circumstance. Some international travel will be required.
