Following the launch of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s new strategy, we are pleased to welcome new senior leaders and trustees to the team. Collectively, they will build an operational engine for global delivery, translate our strategy into action, and spearhead our digital innovation agenda — from harnessing new technologies, including AI and digital product passports, to scaling circular design for electronics and critical minerals material recovery.

With more than 20 years' leadership and business transformation experience, Fiona was the inaugural COO at The Earthshot Prize, where she played a pivotal role in scaling it to become one of the world’s most prestigious environmental prizes, and served as a strategic consultant to The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales. Fiona worked at global law firms Allen & Overy, White & Case, and Freshfields, first as a practising lawyer and then in global leadership roles, and was the founder and CEO of the Renaissance Photography Prize — raising funds for the Lavender Trust at Breast Cancer Care. She was awarded an MBE in 2018 for services to business and charity.

Former CEO of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Jamie is a founding partner at Circularity Capital, a specialist investment firm supporting the growth of businesses enabling the circular economy. He brings more than 15 years’ experience investing in and scaling circular business models to our UK board of trustees, as well as a deep understanding of the commercial potential and practical considerations of scaling circularity across a wide range of industry sectors.
