We are looking for a highly skilled individual who will act as a custodian for best practice in Project Management Office standards and actively drive education in its application across all our teams.
Reporting to the Portfolio and PMO Lead, you will be responsible for the daily management, development and delivery of assets that support our teams to achieve the Foundation’s ambitions; through ensuring internal engagement and support of project management processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
Creating and managing all content required by the Foundation team to deliver projects within scope and in line with our portfolio and project management process and organisational objectives.
Identifying, planning, and developing future project management engagement content and assets (including written, recorded, and filmed content).
Communicating with teams at all levels across the Foundation to promote internal engagement and support of project management processes.
Organising and delivering on-going support and cohesive training to wider teams; maximising understanding and application of content created by the Project Management Office.
Responsible for the coordination and evaluation of project management training schemes; measuring impact and success of training with audiences and against identified KPIs.
Creating and delivering a communication plan to promote and inform PMO development through a variety of engaging platforms.
Representing the PMO culture in the broader foundation content strategy and development and brings a high degree of energy to the role.
Your profile:
5+ years experience within PMO and/or organisational learning.
Proven track record in strong relationship management skills and extensive experience in engaging internal stakeholders at all levels and understanding inter-organisational relationships.
Experience in developing engaging internal communications and training would be desirable.
Previous experience with collaborative software and project management platforms (Monday, Asana, salesforce) would be a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication in English with a focus on detail.
Demonstratable understanding and practical experience of project management methodologies.
Evidence of ability to work independently and keep focus across multiple projects with high degree of self-motivation.
Outstanding time management and organisational skills.

Salary package: Up to £42k per annum dependent on experience level plus generous holiday allowance (25 days plus UK bank holidays and discretionary extra days leave) generous parental leave; enhanced pension options/private health scheme after 6 months; wellbeing programme.
Location: Preferably based in our Cowes, Isle of Wight office, but we would consider a UK-based remote working option dependent on circumstance.
