Andrew Rough

Carina Legl
Carina Legl is a recognized expert in fashion and the circular economy, with a unique combination of academic depth and industry experience. Over the past seven years at SAP, she has held a range of roles across Solution Management (now Product Marketing Management), Business Development, and Go-to-Market strategy – consistently focused on sustainability in the fashion sector. She co-led SAP Recommerce’s business development, gaining direct experience with the operational and strategic complexities of resale models. Carina recently completed her doctorate at Edinburgh Napier University, where she researched circular economy applications in fashion, including stakeholder collaboration, digital innovation, and the economic viability of circular operations. Her work bridges academic rigor with practical application, enabling brands to integrate circularity into future-fit business models.
Her expertise spans sustainability, fashion, and digital transformation, with a focus on driving strategic innovation in the circular economy within the fashion industry.

Carolyn Mair
Dr Carolyn Mair is a Cognitive Psychologist, Chartered Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Fashion Business Consultant. She has published broadly in academic and business journals and is frequently cited in the media. Her book, The Psychology of Fashion, has sold 10,000+ copies across six languages. Prior to establishing her consultancy in 2017, she was full Professor of Psychology for Fashion at London College of Fashion, UAL, where she established a Psychology Department and created the world’s first Masters programmes that applied Psychology specifically in the context of fashion. Carolyn received the BPS’s 'Distinguished Contributions to Psychology Education Award' and the MSc won the BPS’s award for 'The UK’s Most Innovative Accredited Psychology Programme'. Carolyn holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, MSc Research Methods, and BSc Applied Psychology and Computing. Earlier in her career, she worked as a visual merchandiser and graphic designer.

Cliodhnagh Conlon
Director, Consumer Sectors & Supply Chain, BSR
Cliodhnagh is a Director with BSR, where she advises companies on strategy, innovation and collaboration sustainability with a focus on fashion, textiles, food and agriculture value chains. Her work has considered the implications of shifting industry contexts and dynamics on environmental and social outcomes, and how to enable a holistically sustainable future. For instance, she led BSR’s Keeping Workers in the Loop, which explored how to on create a just, fair and inclusive circular fashion system. Her professional experience spans both the food and fashion industries where she has worked for various companies and international organizations. She holds degrees in both business and design, and a masters in business sustainability.

Daniel Stunell
Senior Policy Expert at Eunomia
Daniel is a circular economy policy specialist at Eunomia. Daniel has over fifteen years of technical and policy experience in environmental research across a range of sectors, having worked at WRAP, Zero Waste Scotland, and now Eunomia, as a research, evaluation, and policy analysis expert. Daniel has worked extensively on Extended Producer Responsibility policies for multiple product streams, including recent work on design principles for harmonised textiles EPR in the EU, and was a key technical lead on Eunomia’s recent report for a coalition of NGOs on the scope to rethink the EU’s regulatory landscape to truly manage materials for a 1.50 world. Daniel has worked extensively with the Commission, national and regional governments, businesses, and NGOs across the circular economy policy landscape.

Elizabeth Aubrey
Elizabeth Aubrey works within the financial industry, focused on sustainability and value creation. She leads sustainability strategy development and implementation across private equity investments, aiming to enhance portfolio companies’ resiliency and competitiveness.
Previously, Elizabeth worked at Forum for the Future, partnering with global corporations to strengthen their sustainability strategies and lead multi-stakeholder initiatives. She also served as Chief of Staff for Fashion Makes Change, a Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors project focused on climate action and women’s economic empowerment in the apparel sector.
Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with an honors degree in Economics and minors in Business Administration and Government. She holds an M.S. in Sustainability and Impact-Focused Business from Glasgow Caledonian and a Certificate in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy from Yale.
Elizabeth is passionate about leveraging the power of business as a force for good. She engages with the Ellen Macarthur Foundation on a personal basis.

Her background includes Global Sales and Account Management for international fashion, beauty and marketplace retailers, where she has consulted on supply chain solutions to optimise consumer experiences, including automated warehousing operations.
