Hundreds of thousands of tonnes of orange peel goes to waste every year. Orange Fiber has found a novel solution - make luxury fabrics and clothing items. It's taking off as well, Orange Fiber won the H&M Global Change Awards and their garments are featured in the company's Creative Conscience range. But how do they get to scale? The Foundation's Vicky Deegan asked co-founder Enrica Arena how it started and looked at some of the startup's items and samples.
