Its patented timber-hybrid system offers numerous benefits, including up to a 50% reduction in embodied emissions and enhanced material efficiency through standardisation and prefabrication. CREE has delivered several flagship projects including the ‘EDGE Suedkreuz’ office building in Berlin (29 m, eight floors) and ‘LCT One’ office in Dornbirn (27 m, eight floors).
