In 2023, Daiwa opened a new plant in Fürstenwalde, Germany, to meet growing demand for efficient and affordable housing solutions. Daiwa Housing’s European business focuses on addressing social issues such as housing shortages and rising construction costs. The company has delivered a number of projects across Europe including 152 homes in Lelystad, Netherlands and a 106-unit student housing complex in Essen, Germany.
